At newheyshops, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to request approval. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and required information.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our exchange requirements, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days, subject to product availability.
Returns & Refunds
- Returned items are inspected upon arrival
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
